Continental Drifts presents

Set off on a bug-tastic adventure this weekend! Learn all about insects and how important they are to us, before getting creative in a craft workshop. You’ll also be able to handle creepy crawlies from around the world – an unforgettable adventure not to be missed!

Each session will include:

Bug Safari
Be enthralled by our giant, inflatable ‘magic’ peach and fascinating stories, songs and facts about insects as we ‘travel’ the world on a fascinating bug safari. Let Old Green Grasshopper, Miss Spider and Lady Bird inspire your imagination as they open your eyes to creepy crawlies and the important contribution they make to everyone’s lives.

Craft workshop
Gain some new crafty skills and dazzle your friends with creepy crawlies that sparkle and shine in this beaded bugs workshop.

Hands-on experience
Get up close and personal to creatures you’ve never seen before! Nick Wadham will educate and enthral people young and old alike with creepy crawlies from around the world, from milipedes and tarantulas to dinner-plate sized bird-eating spiders! If you have a budding Steve Backshall in the family, then you won’t want to miss this adventure.
