It’s not a normal day for our intrepid rule following curator...

Max MacDonald is a cautious and bookish curator who leads tours around the museum. Max loves sticking to the rules but one day, a discovery of a lost diary of Wardown House's first curator, Thomas Bagshawe leads them on an unforgettable and magical adventure!

Travel around Wardown House with Max and learn about the museum's history, find hidden clues and discover the mystery of the house! A fun, heart-warming, imaginative and fantastic theatre show!

Age guidance: 6+

Customer Notice: This is a promenade performance rather than a seated performance. The audience will be taken on a journey through Wardown House. The performer in promotional images may be different to the live performer on the day.

“Went to see the theatre play The Secret Diary with my boys aged 3 and 7. It was about a curator finds a lost diary in a clock. Magic begins. We were greatly entertained throughout and the boys where captured in the belief that a real curator is in front of us.
Little hidden gem.”
