Unfolding Theatre in association with LittleMighty presents

Have you got a guitar propped up somewhere, gathering dust? A keyboard tucked under the bed for when you maybe might possibly have the time? A voice now reserved only for the shower?

Whether it's the violin you picked up for lessons in primary school or from gradings you're still rehearsing for - we want you to help us put the band back together!

The performance features a brand new band of all ages and abilities which is, in the spirit of the show, a sharing. So share with Ross Millard of the The Futureheads, Maria Crocker and Alex Elliott, the tumultuous journey that music can take us on as band or audience member - from the life-affirming, to the empowering, to the downright nostalgic.

We promise good music (hopefully), wrong notes (probably), and a good laugh (definitely).

Fancy joining? Email to find out more.

A pre-show workshop for the house band runs on Friday 3 February from 5.30pm - 7.30pm.

Learn new songs by ear on any instrument you can get hold of. No auditions necessary - if you want to join the band, you're in! Enjoy the show from the back row of the theatre with the audience and, as the show progresses, join the performers onstage and see the band grow into a big, uplifting finale!

Please see the download at the bottom of the page for more details.

“Sitting listening to Ross Millard sing and my heart is going pop pop pop” – Maddy Costa, critic

“As we play, [we] smilingly catch each other’s eyes: we’re all clearly really enjoying ourselves… Fantastic – funny, big-hearted, moving and truthful” – Alexis Petridis, Guardian
