Summer Reading Challenge

15 July - 9 September 2017

The Summer Reading Challenge is an immensely popular and successful reading initiative.

It is created and run by the Reading Agency, an independent charity working to inspire more people to read, and to read more, and is supported by children's publishers.

The Summer Reading Challenge is simple. Children are encouraged to read six books or more of their choice during the holidays with collectable incentives and rewards, plus a certificate for every child who completes the Challenge. 0 - 3 year olds can also take part in a mini-Summer Reading Challenge.

This year's Summer Reading Challenge is Animal Agents.

Meet the awesome Animal Agents you’ll find sleuthing their way into libraries this Summer.

Join the challenge, read library books and collect rewards along the way, including mysterious smelling stickers. Animal Agents is a must for all eagle-eyed kids and will test their skills and ingenuity along the way.
