Culture and Business: a match made in Luton

Luton Culture is an independent charity, formed in March 2008, with responsibility for delivering arts, libraries and museums services in Luton on behalf of Luton Borough Council. Luton Culture runs thirteen highly visible sites within Luton, including The Hat Factory, Stockwood Discovery Centre and Luton Central Library. In addition, Luton Culture works with schools and community organisations and in partnership on projects throughout Luton and beyond.

People understand the role of culture in education and leisure very well, but there is much more to cultural services than first meets the eye. We can support your work and business priorities also. Luton Culture sites have excellent meeting room, conference and hospitality facilities for businesses to hire. Flexibility and variety is our unique selling point.

In central Luton we can offer a smart, functional meeting space for up to ten people at just £12.50 per hour. At the other end of the scale, we can cater for corporate hospitality events for 300 guests or conferencing for up to 200. The diversity of sites enables us to offer a unique venue for your customers, whether you are after ‘urban cool’ in The Hat Factory arts centre or ‘formal elegance’ of the period gardens at Stockwood Discovery Centre.
